This sucks

Why did i do that?

I binged on :

A beef and bean burrio topped with mexican style shredded cheese
A cinnamon rasin bagel with jammin swirls cream cheese
About 13 crackers
and liverwuarst.
oh and a gatorade.

I don't even want to add up all those calories, but  i have to face it

So I went to my Sparkspage, and the total(without even adding the  extra cheese and the smoothie) was 981 calories.

I'm just going to tell myself that it's okay. Tomorrow I will do better. Plus I get to exercise.

I'm not going to sweat it. It couldn't have been more than 3,000 calories. Plus I got plenty of exercise today.
I think I will be okay. Monday is my next weigh in day.

But if I stick to my 10,000 calorie a WEEK diet, which is HEALTHY
I still have about 4,000 calories left for this week. ANd I  can still make it by losing atleast one pound.

I can do this. I will figure it out. I am going to lose weight.

OH SHIT- I forgot to add the bagel and the cream cheese. NOw I'm scared.......

so my new total including the bagel and cream cheese( still excluding the smoothie)
Comes to 1,315 calories. 60 grams of fat.

so I have about  4,500 calories left for this week.
I will have to survive off that until friday.  Plus I have to squeeze in two more workouts this week.
I can do it.  I've done it before. I will do it againl.

I want to be small.

I can do it, and I will.
